Steven A. Wagoner is the Founder and Managing Principal of America Investment Management, where he oversees investment opportunities across Sports & Entertainment, Real Estate, and Financial Services, driving innovation and growth in these sectors.

Outside of America Investment Management, Mr. Wagoner is the Founder and CEO of the Major League Development Association (MLDA), overseeing three minor league soccer clubs and five academies across four states, positively impacting over 2,500 youth on an annual basis. He also co-founded Nexus Street, a government consulting firm that has overseen programs exceeding $2B. Additionally, Mr. Wagoner co-founded Trade Atlantic, where he played a key role in leading multi-unit franchise investments and commercial development within the food and beverage sector, culminating in a strategic asset sale in 2022.

Mr. Wagoner holds a B.S. from George Mason University and completed Executive Education programs in Alternative Investments at Harvard Business School and Corporate Finance at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary. 

In addition to his leadership roles, Mr. Wagoner serves on the Advisory Board of George Mason University’s College of Education and Human Development and as an Executive Board Member of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL). These roles reflect his dedication to fostering leadership, innovation, and meaningful community impact through education and sports.
